Important Policies

A. Delivery & Shipping Policy 


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
     

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 2–7 working days from the date of order.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization, location, and courier service delays.
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
     

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before confirming the order.
  • Free shipping may be offered when you reach our minimum billing Amount or as part of promotional campaigns.
     

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make an attempt to deliver post your confirmation of availability.
  • If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • Re-shipping will incur additional charges.
     

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability
  • Issues from courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances


B. Refund & Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellation of your Order/s

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

To cancel, please contact us at contact@krishverse.com with your order ID.

After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


2. Return Process:

At KrishVerse, we do not stock products in bulk. Every item is specially curated for you, ensuring you always receive the latest and trending designs.


Due to this, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items. Refunds are generally not applicable; however, exchanges may be provided in exceptional cases.


3. Delivery Timeline

All orders are delivered within 2–7 working days from the date of purchase depending on your Pin code.


4. Quality Assurance

We put significant effort into maintaining high standards of quality and service, making it highly unlikely for you to receive a faulty product.
However, in the rare event of an issue, our customer support team is available 24/7 via email or chat.


5. How to Claim a Return & Refund

To process a return and refund for a damaged or wrongly delivered item, customers must provide:

  • A package opening video (from start to end without cuts or edits)
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Email the above details to: contact@krishverse.com
     

Once verified, our team will assist you with the replacement or exchange or refund process.  If exchange is not an option, then refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
